best way to win is to always buy, each month some set amount like 5-50% of money you have left after life expenses

70% to Bitcoin
20% to precious metals (they will not make you rich ever, but at least avoid inflation)
10% keep in some boomer instruments, perhaps stocks or smth

never sell low. be prepared to wait 3 to 6 years.
when the value goes up 300% to 500% then sell perhaps 1/4th of your investment.
when it goes up again (so 900% to 25000% in total from start) sell another 1/4th)
then yet again

if you do it smart at early or middle life, you will be set for rest of life
or at least avoid the inflation
