Do you think it is reasonable to withhold the Epstein list on the grounds that it will unfairly name innocent people? Maxwell and Epstein were socialites who took photos with thousands of people.

If I were some guy who just happened to attend an event with Epstein or Maxwell, should my life now to be ruined 30 years later? If I gave Epstein a business card at one of these parties, that does not mean I am a pedophile.

This argument for withholding the Epstein files seems reasonable. What do you think?

They were never going to release the list. Anybody following this story before 2019 knew that. It's so incredibly stupid that they promised they would.

Most people who went wouldn’t have the opportunity to engage in that behavior. Maxwell and Epstein had a “tiered reward” system. You’d need to be very useful and very “down to party” to get that sort of treatment. Most who went to the island probably just enjoyed a nice boozy weekend of private chef meals and interesting company.

Multiple depositions from raped women than have enough in common that they were found truthful by jury in maxwell’s trial, they mention Trump as one of the perpetrators. So the best evidence we have points to him, and it all tracks with his 26 other sexual misconduct charges and him literally saying he assaults women and creepy shit about his daughter.

It's even creepier than the Censor It generation can imagine. Just being on the list, while suggestive, is not court room level proof to get someone in trouble. (Being on video doing bad shit would be. Not just going to Little Saint James on Epstein's jet during party time.) The real question you need to be asking about the Epstein saga is "Who do they have video evidence of doing bad shit on the island or anywhere else?"

The real game would be to get the list of Who, When and How Long. It would be fascinating to see the patterns. I’d expect an awful lot of people only went once or twice for a weekend. Then you’d probably have those who went again and again and stayed longer. I’d like to see who went, when and what activities their business/organization conducted before and after said trips. Did Epstein make a big stock move after you visited and gave him insider information? Did you do him a favor and he flew you out all yourself for special treatment? This would have been a real job for the DOGE boys. Imagine the webs we could uncover.
