Gay men would literally be fucking themselves to death because of their lifestyle choices were it not for amazing advances in medical technology and retrovirals.

In fact, gays can now take a medicine called PrEP that allows them to go out and fuck as many HIV+ strangers as they want without catching the disease. So instead of correcting the behaviour through morality, we just invented some pills that prevent the gays from suffering the consequences of their actions. Isn't it amazing how technology is turning us into fucking savages with no conscience or moral character?
