She probably did have a list on her desk, probably something like the flight logs or contact book, of which the former is not a crime to be on a plane with the guy, and the latter wouldn’t be at all unusual for a socialite to have, “I’ll have my people call your people”.

Everybody at the top is on 'the list'. It's too damning to release, even redacting it is too much work because the connections between everyone means nobody is going to run free if anybody is getting punished. Or you could go the same route Epstein went and get suicided to death.
But there is no more chance for the people at the top to walk free after any of the names are released. Imagine being thrown under the bus for this as some Hollywood star that went there once because you're ignorant as fuck or the best friend of the CEO's son.
