Is it like Japan was in the 80s where you finish the mandatory schooling curriculum and you're 100% assured work in some company? Kind of wild how much worse its gotten since the 80s before it was just high school now the goalposts keep moving farther away.

It's quite simple, and collapse is the only outcome:
As always presumed for over 100 years, high-level automation has greatly reduced the need for labor. But the way kikes have controlled the media to make people worship capital and capitalism, presuming there is no viable alternative but communism(which mist be bad,) has resulted in a greater centralization of authority in the hands of the wealthy, not leaser.
Thus, our social systems and government spending have not adjusted to accomodate this reduced need for labour. So we wind up with more and more fighting over fewer and fewer scraps. Here, China, everywhere. The ownership class is making more profit than ever due to automation and other technologies, but the benefit is not at all shared among the people who develop and implement it. A world full of dysgenic wealthy offspring will be the result, until the singularity finally occurs or people go extinct from boredom.

MBA, I have my own business. I thought I needed a degree but I really didn't. It was a waste of time and money. I started my business when I was 19 years old. But, it had been beaten into my head by boomers that I needed a degree to ever be "successful" (whatever the fuck that means). So, I got my degree, then went back to my business I already had for the last 8 years.

I don't fully regret it. I guess I got an experience and maybe learned something. But, I don't remember anything they said now, 17 years later.

Also, a business degree is just a liberal arts degree for men. If you're going to invest that much time and money into a degree, make sure it comes with some sort of state certification.

There's 1.5 billion of them. Everything that sucks in the west due to too much competition (or supply issue) sucks even more in China since it's infinitely more competitive. That's why they're okay with slave labor over there- I mean, what are they going to do, go and find a well paying job that doesn't break their back in short order? Of course not. Not when there's several hundred million of them trying to do the same thing.

It's not similar in the slightest. The Chinese actually have it incredibly rough in this regard. There's quite literally too many people and not enough decent jobs. It's why the vast majority of the population lives in squalor outside of the major cities. It's not necessarily their fault. The cities can only fit so many people in them, and even then those cities only have so many decent jobs.

that's not the only market they have saturated, everything is made in China.

I was gonna say that's what you get for aspiring to be a wagecuck slave obedient to human resources, instead of owning your own business.
but I can't really say that.

The advantage would be to actually know something. Not really necessary if you work some retarded office job where you sit behind a keyboard all day, that's no different than me shitposting on here. But if you're entering a serious field like medicine it would be good to actually know what you're doing before you start slicing people open or prescribing them meds

This. Only get cirtifications for the shit that you want to do/need to do at a job or something that interests you. For example: you use a hammer at your work, but if you upgraded you hammering skills you would get higher pay - proceed to take some hammering courses. You use excel at work, take excel courses, etc. Better yet, find study guides and manuals online and study yourself. Don't waste time on a degree where you need to get diversity credits in order to graduate, it's a total boomer meme in the current environment.

This is everywhere. When everyone goes to college then the bachelor's degree becomes useless as a signal of anything. Reality is that only 10-20% of people should be in college. Over 50% is ridiculous. A college degree doesn't increase IQ, but accomodating lower IQ people in colleges destroys the meaning of higher education.

Also all this signalling is precisely white east Asia has such low birth rates. Women getting PhDs have effectively burned through 2/3 of their reproductive years.

It started as small construction, fences and decks, then building houses. I went into construction to pay for my MBA. But, by the time I got my master's my construction business was paying more than any job I could find. I just kept at construction and started building my own things. I retired out of that about ten years ago and I've had a small restaurant/bar at the beach since then.

I could have done all that without the degree. Information is free now.
