Heat related deaths are exponential and correlate almost perfectly with air conditioning deployment. Basically, you need to "work up" to surviving 105 Fahrenheit temperatures like a marathon runner adds miles during the run every other day.

These air conditioners are becoming golden chains, and so when the power goes out, you literally cannot survive in 105 fahrenheit when you're used to 70 to 80 fluctuations the other 360 days of the year.

The Elderly 1000x so. Beach-day in the july heat intentionally turning off the AC, is going to be a requirement for people going forward. And since this agenda will fail, the deaths on heat-waves are going to be as deadly as the seasonal flu.

200 thousand people died today because the power went out and the AC's stopped working, they were all cooked to death in the jump to 100 degrees fahrenheit.

Most of you don't get the combat training around heat-strokes and heat-injuries, you simply have no concept of the fact that there is an entire profession around handling temperatures that exceed normal body temperature [your body must generate heat at all times].

Most people haven't the foggiest idea about heat stroke, heat injury and how to detect that when people are getting angry and it's hot, they don't know they're getting angry.

One way to tell who here has had formal combat training, surviving and being the one guy that comes home after performing in a modern combat zone, from a first world country.

Big fat waste of money here. Avg. daily temps during summer are around 22 C (71 F), and 15-16 C during night (62 F or so). Why the fuck would I need AC? It's currently 16 C.

I need a fan maybe 10 days a year, and AC 0 times a year.

The entities doing the most damage to the environment are at the very very bottom of the list of entities required to inconvenience themselves for it. Regular people though? You keep using paper straws and turning off your lights at night, you'll save the environment yet! Please ignore the visible stink cloud and expanding ring where no life can live coming out of east Asia and any given datacenter.

Not true. Actually it’s from all the niggers in Europe - they absorb all the heat during the day and then radiate it back during the night raising the average temperature by 5 yuro degrees.

I believe this. now that it's finally summerish, people act like they can't handle being warm at all. Every place I go into has the AC cranked down to like 50 and it's miserably cold and they will tell you the reason they need it to be so cold is because it's hot outside though.

Energy costs. I live in Texas and pay like $0.08 per kWh. Yuropoors pay at least double that, if not triple or even more. They also make less than us Amerigods. Imagine having your income and then quadrupling your energy bill. You might not run the AC as much either.
