Only Zoomers might think so. If you were born at or around 2000 then he might well be the best president you've seen in your lifetime, but that isn't saying much. Crack open a history book and you'll find many others who were much better. Dubya is actually about D-tier or something. Sure, in comparison to other 21st century presidents he doesn't seem so bad, but this century has been off to a bad start... maybe it will get better. Maybe it will get much worse. Who can really say. But Dubya wasn't great. He started two pointless wars that we ended up losing at great expense, plus the Katrina disaster. And what else is there really to even say about him? Oh yeah, the Patriot Act. The torture at Gitmo and Abu Ghraib, etc.
Like I said, Dubya sucks. Read some history and get a better overall picture of what a good president actually is, because I assure you that Dubya isn't it.
