when I want to lose weight I count all my calories and eat at a deficit of between 500-1000 per day. Also make sure the foods are high protein and filling it makes the deficit easier

Burpees will shoot your back out over time. Iโ€™m 100% of this and will not argue it. A friend of mine is a member of the Aryan Brotherhood, doing life in USP Victorville. He could hardly walk in his 40s from doing hundreds of burpees every day.
