See, if someone is willing to steal $200 worth, they will steal 2k or 2m worth if given the chance. It's a binary choice. steal or don't steal.
When someone runs a stop sign and fails to pull over, it's 99.99% because they are committing another crime as well. Perhaps they are drunk, have contraband in the vehicle, or an open warrant. If you run intentionally, you have something to hide, and you should be chased down and searched. If you are the .01% of cases where you ran accidentally because you "didn't see the cop", then you're probably too old or blind to be driving.
We don't have prisons to punish or reform. That is a charade, because neither really happens. We have prisons to protect society from criminals, to keep them seperated. Likewise we strip felons of rights to protect society. Someone who is willing to steal even $20 worth of anything, should be banned from owning a gun or voting for life, because it's a binary choice, and they will likewise make poor binary choices when given a gun. If wanting a $20 pack of shampoo or $5 bag of cheetos or whatever was enough to get you to steal and abandon other people's [property] rights, then who knows how low the bar is for how far you need to be pushed until you kill someone. maybe all it would take is an austin metcalf asking you to get out of his seat.
the way you protect society from niggerism is by removing niggerism. period end of story.
