as a jewish man, i often reflect on the way jews seem to naturally connect with one another, forming deep and lasting friendships with relative ease. in our communities, there is an unspoken bond that comes from shared tradition, faith, and practice, making it simple for us to find companionship even in unfamiliar places. i have noticed, however, that the goyim often struggle more to form such connections. they may lack the same sense of communal structure and spiritual unity that we carry, and in their world, friendships can feel more fragile or transactional. of course, we are taught to treat all people with kindness and respect, and many of us do have meaningful relationships with those outside our faith. still, i can't help but feel a sense of gratitude for the closeness we jews share, and i pray that all people, no matter their background, find the companionship and support they seek in life.
