The khazarian/rothschild and their associates have been made an offer to wind down/close their operations. The offer was they could keep their lives if they did so willingly. If they reject the offer it will just be a bit messier of a transition as their influences are eroded.
Then it's show time.
When the time is right, the white hats (along with patriots in places of prestige) will link up with the White Dragon Society and then the order will be given for 10000 martial arts dojos (all around the world) to come out fighting the enemy. That will be the day the (human races) tree of liberty is watered.
Part of this is that the White Dragon Society have offered humanity 300 Trillion dollars to clean things up. I think that should smooth the transition if the patriots aren't too proud.
