I don't think this is even possible
men just need a goal to strive for and a sense of belogning to a community which translates to a natural desire to be helpful to the said community
men in the workplace for instance just want to get something done efficiently and fuck off, meanwhile women gossip around, backstab and talk behind people's back, cause infinite trouble being manipulative bitches they are and so on
