(((They))) are deliberately and malevolently restricting city drains in order to cause flash floods. I know this for a fact. I'm not sure of their motives - maybe climate alarmism, maybe money laundering, maybe to spread diseases, maybe demoralization. But I do know with 100% certainty that these flash floods are man made.

It's not just in the big cities, my small white town has had a dozen flash floods this season, this NEVER happened before.

Just today the weather people claimed it wasn't gonna rain.. here we are its almost 5pm and giant thunderstorms have popped up right over my city. Flags flood alerts already issued.

Climate alarmism is the most likely motivation. If it keeps happening they can start extorting tax payers to fix it. Sort of like how a mobster will promise not to destroy your business if you pay them a protection fee. We know they have the technology to seed storm clouds and have been doing so since the Vietnam war so why wouldn’t they use it here to extort money from us?
