I wanted to add that personally I think it helps to find a craft or creative outlet that brings beauty into the world. Personally I do painting and music on the side, and it can feel very uplifting at times when you see progress with it, for what it's worth

It's why I like working trades. I like the satisfaction that comes with building something good. The worst part now though is that most of my projects I was working on personally feel pointless with my family up in the air.
