A lot gets traced back to the cold war; basically it boils down to economic freedom = good because we beat the USSR. The US economic might undee the pretense of freedom intuitively paints the country as morally superior, the economic wins, how that sausage gets made, is never fully understood.

Regarding Ukraine, I think NATO needs to stop expanding. Agreed the US should have ignored Russia. Maybe Russia would snag Romania too. Trump's going to pick up Greenland. Maybe Canada if there's some shale oil.

Media, movies, their classrooms teach a warped view of history, general dumb population that prioritizes stupid shit (yes, that Indian republican rant was right), their heroes are Joe Rogan and shitmongold.
