How is it that we are witnessing an outbreak of cancer diagnosis in westernized/ technologically advanced countries? GPT and other seaches are giving me the excuse that the diagnostic ability has become better, hence why cancer is now being spotted early on and so increasing numbers in lower age groups... but I consider that somewhat bullshit. Looking at some papers:

...it seems the top types are lung, colorectal, melonoma, breast and prostate. I made mostly this thread out of fear of colorectal cancer. I am /fit/ and follow strict diet since the age of 16. I am 34 now and superior Adonis figure without doing much. I look better than top men in their teens, top men in their 20s and in 30s I have no competition, though I would be surprised if the silent killer took my life without me knowing.
For some reason there is no consensus on whether artificial sweeteners like aspartame or acesulfam K (which seem to be the major sweeteners used worldwide) in fact cause colorectal cancer. I only keep finding similar answers like this and it seems like bullshit:
