There was only a brief period between the Louisiana purchase and slaves being freed where the money from cotton actually went to the USA and not England. Also no, great you picked cotton and did some field work you made a couple of Jews rich. That's not really the same as building a country. You at best if you squint from a distance helped the Americans to build their country but you didn't really build shit.

We actually sequenced the genome of an ancient Egyptian's remains from the Old Kingdom period fairly recently. He was about 20% Levantine and the rest was Neolithic North African. He had absolutely no ancestry from eastern, central or southern Africa. It explains why pharaohs like Ramses II had red hair.
