Started with covid and remote work.
https://www.self.inc/info/americans-with-two-or-more-jobs/
>376,000 Americans work two full-time jobs.
You know how people at work basically do nothing most of the time? If you're the kind of person who hustles, you can simply slow down to their pace at no risk, and then pick up another full-time job, or two, or three, or more.

I moved out of management because I don't want to deal with zoomers and immigrations in the future. next is 4 days full time, should have no responsibility and 3 days off a week by the end of the year. It's not that I hate zoomers them or their attitude towards work. I just don't want future headaches anymore, it's partly the companies fault for the hiring policies too

No, it's real. There's this one Indian guy who was bragging about how he was working 8-10 jobs at Silicon Valley startups. He made $1.5M in a year. The found him after he hit around 30 companies. He wasn't qualified for the work at all, but they're so slow to fire, all he had to do was cheat the interview well enough to get in.

If you work in tech with indians, you already know people like this, but they are basically content with one salary. Every indian I've worked with is totally incompetent and does less than nothing. They break anything they touch so you don't even try to assign them anything to do that is of value, since they'll never be fired for incompetence as long as they are showing up to work and kissing ass.

And for what it is worth, all of Silicon Valley is scum anyway and deserves whatever they get. As an example of this, one YC company took GPL code, put their own branding on it, and launched it as a company. Then when they were caught, they pretended it was an innocent mistake and deleted all the messages which demonstrated it was a willful infringement. But, if you look at the software they infringed, it was AI interview scam software. Like, it listens to interview questions, and then with AI gives you the answer to read back to the interviewer. The software creator's defense was, "Well, everyone is going to do this anyway, so we might as well make a GPL version too!"
Like every single person in California bay area is just a dog shit human being.
