But those allies could always go find some one else, like China. Nothing is stoping the EU, UK, Australia, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, and the rest don't matter. We already know Australia and New Zealand have chosen China and they're pretty happy about it.

Because most other countries including Israel are a bunch of mooching pieces of shit, who are begging for hand outs instead of offering anything or legitimately trying to cooperate with with the United States on anything meaningful. On top of this most countries are super arrogant too. So do you really want to be allies with nations that demand money, resources and military aid for nothing in return and act like they're superior, calling your country stupid and demanding you change your laws to be as oppressive as they are?
If the only people you run into are pan-handlers, should I be angry at you if you don't make friends with any of them? You don't, or at least shouldn't make friends with beggars, especially when they claim to be better than you while surviving off your charity.
