If there aren’t any actual documents, here’s what happened: when the FBI raided Jeff’s Manhattan mansion, they forgot to obtain a warrant to seize his property. They obtained warrants to enter, prepared bolt cutters, electric saws, battering rams… but “forgot,” for the two straight days they were searching this huge complex, to obtain a warrant that would allow them to seize his property. So they left after two days. No agent stationed on site until they could seize his property. No, they simply left. When they returned a few days later with the warrant, Jeff and his crew had taken all of the documents… likely copying them over to Israel and then destroying them.
So now the FBI can claim there are no clients known. How Robert Maxwell’s daughter is being charged, I’ll never know. To establish a crime has been committed, one needs a perpetrator. You can not sex traffic kids to nonexistent people.
