On the one hand, Israel seems hell-bent on annexing Gaza/West Bank and controlling the entire region.

But on the other, Israel knows it can't remain in a state of perpetual war with its neighbors, especially with Iran becoming a serious threat and American hegemony slowly fading. It seeks to normalize and improve relations with Saudi Arabia and other Arab states, but Arabs won't accept without guarantees of a two-state solution.

So how are things gonna unfold?

What Israel is most likely going to do and which for obvious reasons is not going to work. Israel continues to lose face and to incur economic, military, psychological etc. costs.

Most likely outcome, they choose the last option above like they have been, get worn down further over the next couple decades, Western countries begin to slowly withdraw actual support while still vocally supporting Israel, wealthy Jews begin to flee to other countries (already happening), political tensions in Israel grow further adding to the crisis, state gets worn down to a little nub basically. Eventually Hezbollah launches an assault with their ballistic missile stockpile as a final blow. By that point most people have stopped caring about Israel and look the other way.
Real question is what's going to be done about the nukes.

Lmaol ! No, they do, and to a certain extent they can remain in a state of war with everyone else, as long as America get's involved.
I am pretty sure the US will have to get directly involved after the second round against Iran comes into effect. After that, you might end up seeing some actual peace plans being implemented in the region.

Maybe Palestine will cease to exist, and Israel will probably create a druze buffer state in Syria. While the old Syria will get divided into a HTS controlled zone and a Turkic backed one. Lebanon is still too soon to tell, maybe the Shia region will get annexed by Israel at some point.

Now Iran is pretty much over, I give 2 years until their regime falls apart, and afterwards it will get even more balkanized than Syria. Israel will not allow that country to ever exist again after everything that happened during the month of June.

After that, the Arabs and Persians will just have to accept that they became a slave population, and they will have to indirectly serve Israel interests in the region, while they gain some sort of material goods for being good peasants or something.
