Stoner produced nothing of value. The m16/ar15 is fundamentally a shitty concept and even the best ARs you can buy will jam or squibb. Browning was based tho.

I dont give much credit to galil because the galil ace is only marginally better than a good AK47. But a good AK is one of the very best weapons in the world, so galil didnt have to do much to make it perfect. But galil did indeed make it perfect, so he deserves a little bit of credit for that, even tho hes a jew.

People don't give much credit to Stechkin, but he designed weapons his whole life, his last project was the OTs-38 silent revolver, that started production in 2001, the year he died.
Sure, most of his designs where rejected, but Russia is now producing rifles based on old desigens by Dragunov, like the AM-17 compact assault rifle and the SVCh marksman rifle, so who knows, maybe they bring some of those old Stechkin designs back.

Calling them white aside, all Israeli rifles have a fatal flaw of some sort, which is probably the reason most of their troops opt to use 80s and 90s American surplus instead. They have no problem making a decent pistol caliber gun, but the second it fires a bottlenecked cartridge, they fuck it up. For example the Galils have way too many loose shaky parts, which fucks with accuracy while making any fast follow up shots, and the Tavor notoriously has 4 fucking MOA, even when the barrel in perfect condition.

The original galil is a stolen clone of Finland's version of the Kalashnikov, the RK62. The Ace is modernized version. I don't want to like it, but I do. It's nice.
