Just because they have faults isn't enough of a reason to dismiss LLMs and call them a dead end. While they are clearly limited in scope, the possibilities to automate braindead jobs are endless. There is a reason why every big company is investing in AI. There are so many ways to creatively use their abilities to streamline things that don't deserve peoples attention. If an LLM replaces you, then you deserve to be replaced. Practically every new development has limitations and faults. People that are against the advancement of technology are just lazy contrarians.
