Most Canadians and Americans hate admitting it, but new world whites are around 0.5-2% indigenous/african.
This is especially prevalent among Appalachia, the American south and french-canadians.
Moreover Russians have tartar and east-asian ancestry in trace amounts as well.
I doubt anyone is going to argue that only western euros are white for being 100% European genetically.
