Because they can't/won't do the actual work, but demand a relatively equal pay. Women absolutely love to inflate the shit they do as the most important and strenuous thing imaginable.
Also, when you put women in charge of hiring, creating new positions, firing, complaints, etc, guess what they do? Expand upon themselves. Practically all HR departments/divisions/units/whatever are ridiculously bloated because they fill those positions up immediately. We've convinced ourselves that HR is more important than the actual workers doing actual work. The amount of administrative staff overwhelms the amount of actual rank and file, laborious staff at many places. Look at the amount of medical admins vs actual physicians, for one example. You could cut admin jobs by at least half, if not maybe more, and it would probably not effect productivity in the slightest.

What I have been witnessing is dismal. The women seem incoherent at best and have no interest in hiring the right Man for the job unless they are a non White men. It is very frustrating, and it coincides with the collapse of the USA.
