The post 2020 MAGAs that stuck around are the QAnon, WWG1WGA types that were BIG on pedophile conspiracies and arresting and potentially executing pedophile tied politicians and businessmen. That issue was probably like the biggest thing for them, the top of their pyramid of beliefs. Plenty of other things could be half assed or not accomplished for them so long as that one goal was still in sight. Trump has basically just shot them in the gut with this. This was the ONE nonnegotiable, inexcusable issue. It is not a cumulative "this is the final straw" moment but instead a "this was the ONE thing you were never allowed to betray us on" kind of thing. And now he has betrayed them on it. In explicit, undeniable terms. In terms of scope and severity, this is probably the single biggest political fuck up Trump has ever done. He is finished historically speaking. His reputation is forever ruined now.
