American who spent some months in Serbia between 2023-2024 here, Belgrade was still very white but I did notice a concerning increase in brownoids over time. Still nowhere near as bad as back home though. You're right about the russians though, lots there and they seem much happier than the ones I encountered in Tbilisi, even had a nice chat with one who was trying to feed a cat some vanilla karovka ice cream he had
