A lot of specific cancer treatments are only available in switzerland and social healthcare will pay for it.
I have no problem with that, personally. I am okay with a collective burden if it helps people.
What i am not okay with, and my major gripe with social healthcare - as i said in my previous post - is the fact there is no requirement to stay healthy. Or even pay more if you chose to live unhealthy.
I will not forbid people to make unhealthy choices for themselves. If you want to smoke, by all means, its your life and your choice. But i would consider it fair that smokers have to pay an extra fee.
I also would ban all foreigners to have access to this system. It should favour Dutch people, and Dutch people only. If your parents and grandparents did not financially support this system, you have no rights to its fruits.
