>>510604304 (OP)They're like anywhere else where your experience depends on your neighbors. The issue you have in trailer parks is that your neighbors are very, very close and the trailers themselves don't have much sound insulation.
If you have loud neighbors, you really don't have any way to get away from them. If you have neighbors with an aggressive dog, that dog will be there every time you walk outside. If your neighbor is a pedophile, he's going to be sneaking peaks at your 14 year old daughter whenever he can.
The final issue you'll have is if you have a bad landlord. It's rare to own the land that the trailer is on, so even though you own the home you still need to pay rent. Some landlords are cool and will help you out if you have a problem neighbor like above. Others are ching chong chinamen living on the other side of the world who raise your rent every year by the maximum allowable by law because hey, fuck you, it's so expensive to move the trailer that it's cheaper to just abandon it than to try to move.
If you end up in a good trailer park its a great way to live cheaply. If you end up in a bad one it's a super high stress nightmare that you're more or less locked into.
