Illegal immigrant and her daughter were living there didnt speak English. 850$ less a month so surely this place can’t be that bad. Move in. Start seeing cockroaches everywhere. Brother stays with his girlfriend. Refuses to to stay there. Kill dozens of cockroaches first night. Turn on light in kitchen. Horror show. Lots of them. Smash them with a broom. Hide in my room playing oblivion. Turn on the light in the kitchen. Smash more bugs repeat. Go to sleep. Wake up in the morning. See bugs crawling around. Definitely not comfy. The fun of the ordeal is over. I’m living in a bug infested shithole long term. Indian woman is there due to my complaints. tell her the giant gaping hole behind the refrigerator needs fixing. The moldy crack under the bathroom too. She says no the bathroom is already fixed put a piece of wood over it so you dont see it. The wall under the sink is just paper with big gaps. No shower rod they used that for the closet. Got my money back left had to throw out a bunch of old shit. Bug bombed all my stuff in a U-Haul and wrapped it in tape/ garbage bags and Rubbermaid containers. Taped the edges of the containers. Laundered all my clothes to clean the pesticides. Probably lost about 1000$ worth of stuff. As we are throwing away stuff the Spanish speaking man asks why we are throwing it away. Says cockroaches. Says he has them too and just lives with them.Found out later the place was condemned due to raw sewage. Three months later living bug free loving life. Indians are liars and cannot be trusted. Put a bunch in a ziplock bag, stab the bottom a few times with a toothpick,ect ect. Then walk around and shake and dust everything. If she refused on record, it would be on her - that in itself would have been the evidence IMO (I am not a lawyer though).

This is my 3rd year here and it never happened the first 2...only recently. They arent german roaches...they are at least 1.5 inches and I've seen a monster that's about 3 inches outside so I doubt they are just squeezing through the cracks...only seen them after opening the washing machine lid. I think that p trap also doesn't fill properly because the pump shoots a fuckload of water at once from a higher point so it doesn't seal as well as the sinks and toilet because the water flows out. If I don't do laundry for like a week I can start to smell th sewer.
