Its that only like 80% of H1B were going to pajeets and that wasn't enough, there was still some slots left for White countries in Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
They completely removed those country slots so now all H1B can go to pajeets or chinks.
Let's take example Microsoft, the company has been stolen by a pajeet.
It recently fired thousands of White engineers to replace them with H1B pajeets.
If you don't think it through, you could say,

Because the reality is that the H1B pajeet will still cost like 90% of the American engineer's pay, and in fact if the company severely underpaid the pajeet, the jews in EEOC would be suing Microsoft for that.
And now the nail in the coffin - MICROSOFT HAS MASSIVE OFFICES IN INDIA
There is absolutely ZERO financial reason to bring in H1B pajeet from the india offices to work for 50x the pay in american offices, especially in an IT company in this day and age. Often the H1B jeet might even work remotely in USA, which he could have done entirely the same in India, so its actually a financial LOSS for the company to bring the pajeet from india to USA.
So why do it then? Because the pajeet is using the company as a vehicle to import more pajeets.
The pajeet sees the same thing that jews do - importation is the way to keep the foothold in the country lest they have the same fate as jews so many times before and even pajeets themselves of getting kicked out of countries they infested due to their insane amounts of corruption.
