If you're an Australian smoker and you're buying cigarettes at market price instead of in bulk online, then you're fucking idiot. Market price for a pack of 20 cigs is around 40 dollars, which comes out to 2 dollars per cigarette. I just ordered 200 cigarettes for 130 dollars, which is 65 cents per cigarette, more than three times as cheap.
It's not our fault that cigarettes are taxed to shit in this country. And you don't have to give your money to the illegal tobacco Muslims.

5 keysof whole leaf for the price of two or three cartons
>>510620325 (OP)
Are you allowed to roll your own over there? Back when I was smoking I could by actual leaf tobacco and shredded it myself. With tubes it came out to like 5-7 cents a smoke. They were miles better than anything out of a pack. You can get 5 keys of reasonably high grade whole leaf for a little more than you would pay for a carton in jew york. The shredder and tube stuffer cost 20-40$ bucks a pop depending on how nice you go on them, but you can do it with a knife and a hand roller for a couple of bux if you want to go cheap as possible.

Why bot just get loose tobacco, a box of ciggy tubes, and a cig machine? Total startup cost would run around 65 bucks, 50 of that for the machine, then you're spending ~$10/carton making your own.

the idea behind it was that the tax would help offset the health costs. due to Australia having socialised healthcare. now the government are addicted to the tax money they get. I think 2022-2023 they had taken half the amount of tax as normal. every 6 months the price of smokes goes up. to add insult to injury the Australian government passed new laws at the start of 2025 to lower tar and other shit in legal cigarettes even more here. also no more menthols

I've grown tobacco before. It was a massive pain to sprout them, but if you tend them properly they are beautiful plants. You then have to cure it. It is a fair bit of work, but the results are hard to beat.

Remember temperature and humidity control are super important for curing. Also the technique varies by type. I only grew about a 4 foot by 12 foot plot and had about 20 pounds of different types of leaf when it was harvested.

i helped a family in Macedonia with some of that process one time. we were threading each leaf on to a string, and then hanging those strings up under gazeebo type rooves. guess they had the a good temp from the sun heating the roof, and decent airflow from the open structure.

a country is a lot less likely to default than a single guy though, obviously. these massive debts are one reason why we're all getting niggered, jeeted and gooked so much - increasing population means GDP projections for the next years go up, which means they can make out like they can be trusted to make good on the repayments. they are destroying our countries so they can keep deficit spending like theres no fucking tomorrow on all their bullshit social programs and other such scams (ukraine donations etc)

Nope you can buy leaf tobacco and roll your own, but you aren't allowed to sell them.
In Australia, it is legal to roll your own cigarettes, but there are specific regulations governing their sale and use. Roll-your-own tobacco is classified as a tobacco product and is subject to the same restrictions as other tobacco products.

Under Australian law, the sale of roll-your-own tobacco is regulated, and it is illegal to sell or supply these products without a licence. This includes selling them to friends.
Additionally, all tobacco products, including roll-your-own tobacco, must be sold in plain packaging with health warnings.

It is also illegal to supply smoking products to anyone under the age of 18, except for therapeutic vaping products where the person holds a valid prescription.

But you do need a permit to grow it.

Certainly there's all manner of gov or non gov grifter happy to go along while the going along's good. But hey maybe I'm wrong and these cunts believe they'll be able to keep running these multi racial basket cases for generations to come. Like a corpse hooked up to life support. possibly some or all of the above yeah. the economic argument i only mention as being the rational that some politicians think about it in terms of. ive no real doubt that the main planners and movers have more wide ranging ideas, mostly to do with ruining white majority nations so as to make them even easier to dominate and control. fucking around with populations is something that the commies always do because it breaks up existing cultural bonds so there less connections between the people and more connections to teh state.

Right. A cohesive people requires less gov. A splintered, always conflicted, confused, angry, dependent people need big daddy. Gov is like a business...is a business...they must perpetually expand and grow. Like a cancer is the obvious comparison. Flooding Africans, Indians, asians, south sea islanders into Australia expands gov reach. Green lighting homosexual marriage, trans this or that expands gov. Gov don't like to consolidate they need to always expand.

But ultimately there's something more malevolent going on. The immigrations happening today are on a speed and scale never before seen in the history of the planet. its the worst damn kind of vandalism to a country. canada and oz are similar in a lot of ways and we were both basically white paradises not long ago, compared to how things are going now.

When I used to smoke I would go to res and bulk bags of Virginia sweet leaf. Would last a mouth for 20$. Had to roll my own so it would always look like I was smoking joints until you got closer. Natural burger tobacco is on another level.

>I just ordered 200 cigarettes for 130 dollars, which is 65 cents per cigarette
A cigarette machine is $20. A pack of 200 cigarette tubes is $3, a pound of pipe tobacco is $18 or less and is enough to make ~400 cigarettes, maybe even more.

Thats 6 cents a cig. My solution is only a tenth the cost of your solution.
