Fake degrees or universities are giving free scholarships to the wrong people. They should be investing in smarter (white) stock. All a doctor does is give out antibiotics all day and if it's a bigger problem they try to google-fu it and typically fail to discover it. Treatments are already set, it's just a big scam to keep all the drugs controlled especially antibiotics.

Kek. Unfortunately from my experience that's not the case. They learn practically nothing during med school, they barely have any clinical rotations, and when they do it's in a rundown hospital with medical equipment dating back to the cold war.
I'm not saying romanians are inherently bad doctors, but the medical training in romania is lackluster compared to the rest of the EU, to say the least.
