Indian women have some of the highest averages of domestic work hours in the world, they are too busy cooking and cleaning to know what feminism is.
Russian women probably interpret this as "man should provide for me, this modern world is asking me to work which is too much, therefore I have enough equality" - also remnant of the Soviet era where women did have high equality.
All other Islamic countries would be below Russia because women there can't read and aren't allowed to believe that they are anything other than subservient to their husbands "in the eyes of Allah". Turkey is an exception because they went for a western model.
Spain consistently ranks high in gender equality indexes in Europe, so their women are ultra pissed about whatever article they just read on BlueSky
Japanese and Korean women know from their friends that western guys treat them better - so they are pissed also. Chinese women can't travel as much explaining their low percentage.
