>>510637730Interesting choice of sides. Anytime I've had stuffed peppers, they've been stuffed with rice and some variety of meat, usually Italian sausage or ground beef. Makes me kinda curious how using the Spanish rice as part of the stuffing would turn out. Might have to find a different protein that'd go well with it. Maybe some marinated and sliced up flank steak or chicken to make the peppers kind of like a fajita. Looks like I know what I'll be theorycrafting up tonight.
