That's the thing.
Video games are allowed to exist because they're a containment for all the Based people who would otherwise grow up to be Napoleons or what have you.
It's the easy way out after everything else in life has either been taken from you or all the archetypes we have had historically are demonized to the point that pursuing them gets you black-balled by society.
That or all the institutions where these talented people could go are so compromised that they want no part of them.
