I had a decent resume so they didn't bother me with any resume writing bullshit, they just forced me to go in every two weeks for a 5 minute appointment with some fat preggo junkie who wouldn't even show up for half of my meetings so i'd sit in the waiting room, politely inquire as to what was happening, then eventually they'd just mark me off and tell me to go home.
I had to do one group thing where they forced us onto old as fuck computers to look for jobs, took about half an hour just to get everyone logged on........like we weren't already looking for jobs online for our centrelink shit. I just did the whole thing on my phone and handed it in before they'd even finished getting everyone logged in and fucked off.
Then another group thing where I shit you not they made us draw animals and other pointless group shit, it was meant to be some group interview prep activity, but it was the biggest waste of time imaginable. Every bloke in there was someone who had 5-10 years minimum professional experience in something mining related, we were all simply there because we refused to get vaxxed.
Didn't sign any of their forms giving them the right to hand out my details and other shit because i've had my ID stolen by so many companies at this point I just don't give it out unless it's 100% required aka drivers license, I mean given the state of the IT and general disorganisation there, any cunt could have easily gotten into their systems, i'd wager a cheeky neet has probably handed them a resume on a USB with some fun stuff on it to do exactly that.
The best way I can describe the organisation was if it was the scummiest welfare bludger imaginable, just bludging on a massive scale and the government is centrelink.
Complete waste of time and absolute flogs.
