The racial traits of Third Worlders:

7. Claim superiority by degrading conditions to the point where nobody wants to participate.
8. Default position on anything is relativistic cruelty justified by contrived grievance.
9. Project everything they are guilty of onto Europeans since every negative accusation they make is a confession.
10. Incapable of empathy yet demand and exploit empathy to elicit guilt and avoid extermination.

The "minority" effect:
Upon infiltration, a single non-European, be it African, Asiatic or Jewish, will be nice enough in order to establish a polite and personable reputation among the host population. However, they subconsciously recognise that the biggest potential threat to them is the fundamental group of the host society; In which case they use positive interactions as a façade for ulterior motives and will only show their true colours once they increase their numbers or influence to a sufficient level. Moderate, passive-aggressive members not only use token generosity to have the host population lower their guard, but they also use soft-power under the guise of being peaceable while their immoderate and aggressive brethren use hard-power, which they claim does not represent them in general as they establish and consolidate plausible deniability. The aggressive ones take attention away from the passive-aggressive ones who seek our extermination via political means.

I don't think its that complex. Their ego prevents them from accepting that turdworld places are made by the turdworld people. They genuinely believe that its magic soil and opportunities. Given a place and opportunity on our soil they think they can be the same.

This concept is easy to appreciate when you observe the poor performers of our own societies. Its never because of them but always their lot in life and the inequality of the society.

Negros actually believe that they are beautiful and the reason they are not considered attractive is simply marketing. Indians actually believe they are shit poor and covered in poo because some Westerners came in the past, built some infrastructure and stole the magic.

The layers of self delusion and refusal to self reflect is why they come, why they hate and why they refuse to leave.
