Why is Russia attacking Ukraine? Redpill me.
It's kind of depressing if you think about it. It's akin to USA and Canada killing each other.

Ukraine was about to join NATO, the regime announced nuclear rearmament, short range missiles would have been deployed in Eastern Ukraine, a constant threat and means of blackmail. You might as well ask why Kennedy was ready to attack Cuba back then. For quite similar reasons. In the case of Ukraine however there is the additional aspect of historical roots of Russia's national identity. This shouldn't be underestimated.

Iโ€™m surprised nobody ever talks about it. Basically, Ukraine own the rights to Czterej pancerni i pies, and if you know, you know that thatโ€™s worth a goldmine. I donโ€™t know how Ukraine got it though. I think they own Danger 5 too.

>Why is Russia attacking Ukraine? Redpill me.
Part of a retarded global chess game where Ukraine is a pawn and the rest of us are paypigs. Neocons and people who forgot that the cold war was over have been trying to push the boundaries of NATO closer and closer to Russia to put pressure on them and also make an excuse for the continuation of NATO as well as the continuation of the self-licking ice cream cone that military contractors (Lockheed, Raytheon, General Dynamics) have been gorging themselves on. This was retarded because the cold war is over and NATO was obsolete after the cold war was finished. Russia is also retarded because there were plenty of other ways of dealing with it other than a full invasion of Ukraine.

If the people in the Dumbass region want to join Russia they can pack their bags and beg Putin for a nice villa in the Siberian Tundra. Russia is big and underpopulated, they have plenty of space to choose from. Another country should not cede territory because a group of retards suddenly want to get annexed by their neighbor.

You are kinda right... Except this is the oldest trick in the game of imperialists, that is, plant some minority inside your territory, prop it up and ensure the disaffected ones among them start making trouble, it was done in Assyria, it was done in Rome, it was done during the Middle Ages, even the fucking Incas did it, with Stalin knowing this trick and using it to mess the entirety of Eurasia. Best solution is the following:

Now pidor, drop the vpn and sign the contract, we want to see you being featured at /uhg/ like all your worthless fellow vatniggers.

But they initially didn't even want to separate, they just wanted to stay there and speak their mixed Russian Ukrainian dialect and not be told that they have to speak the Ukrainian they speak in Kiev. All of the Donbas faggotry could have been avoided if Minsk 2 was implemented. Instead you had far right groups shelling the Donbas for 7 years.

Even if that were true, which is just Rusnigger propaganda, but assume it's true for the sake of the argument, why should you be allowed to speak a foreign language within the borders of a given country? Has that helped those retarded half french faggots you keep at the north integrate into normal canadian society? Or has that feed into an unhealthy amount of nationalism that makes it harder to govern as a nation?

Why should Kiev impose their language to all the regions? If one region speaks what seems to be a mix of Russian and Ukrainian, why not leave them alone? Should England force all their regions to speak the English they speak in London? No more Scots English?
>which is just Rusnigger propaganda,
Shelling of Donbas civilians was described by human rights groups which are also under fire from Putin's regime so I believe them.

>all the mines and the money is made in the eastern side

not recently, a lot of the people in that area were unemployed/laid off and thought russia could help rejuvinate their region which is why the "separatist regions" all happened to have a reliance on coal mining economically and the areas that didn't exclusively rely on resource extraction didn't bother separating despite a high amount of russian speakers (odesa, kherson, zaporozhiza) since they had other industries to fall back on (manufacturing, services, agriculture)

They didn't but that's not at all unusual for any country. Russia has done the same so what are they complaining about.

Well right now "london english" might be indian at this point so in that case I would be in favor of all the country to speak welsh. But yes, the less variation of languages your country has, the better for social cohesion. You're not owed the right to speak or make up a language within a country.

Putin moving his forces in seemed to coincide when the Turkroaches started selling drones to Ukraine. Zelenskyy had congratulated Oilroach Aliyev for his victory over the pesky Armenians and asked if he could get some of those drones to solve his pesky Donbas problem.

Russia has plenty of officially bilingual region. They even have a region that is bilingual Russian and Yiddish when the Jewish population is less than 1% in that region. Ukraine also had bilingual regions but they removed that when the Maidan government came in. They may have temporarily reinstated it when the shit hit the fan.

Languages drift on their own, it's retarded for a central authority to try to gatekeep that process. I bet the Donbas was mostly people of Ukrainian descent that happened to speak a heavily Russian influenced version of Ukrainian.
