I used to work in late night TV and I knew Colbert (Colbert Report era), Jon Stewart, Conan, and Fallon for a while. They were all excellent dudes so I hate to see anything happen to them. But also Colbert's current show is total dogshit, like someone (ahem, the "all walks of life" writers room) completely cut off his balls.

I would cancel the show too, desu. Although that's why I'm not an exec. Because his show makes a shit load of cash for the network.

I worked on Colbert's animated shows. Everyone was really nice, they paid well for the industry and treated us well as employees. Never worked overtime and lots of free food like catered lunches and stuff. Good benefits. I know he's got TDS but today's announcement did make me kind of sad because they're such nice people.
