well what area and wave did your ancestors come in? the oldest german-american populations are the pennsylvania dutch, then the hessians. then theres waves of germans that came to texas in the 1800s. the texan germans are largely bavarian and catholic while the pennsylvania germans are largely from saxony and protestant.

There isn't much to Germany apart from porn, cars and soccer. They don't make any movies, tv shows, video games or music, only porn, they just consume foreign stuff or dub it into German. Trashy country but they lost so not surprising and they had a literal communist period. They are also often euromutts so everything is new to them too.
