No, we're just stupid. A lot of people probably use A/C every day and don't know what it is.

How many days a year does the GB need a/c? 2? Or is it getting warmer these years? Used to live there when I was young and remember one summers night, hot as fuck and super high humidity, then rolling thunder started and a massive storm came through, shit was ca$h.

It's weird. The thicker air is noticeable when I go for runs, but heavy humility makes me slightly hyperventilate because my lungs feel like they aren't getting enough air, even though they're getting more than usual. Not sure if that makes sense, but humidity feels super comfy, even when everybody used to it is bitching about it.

>23% in France
I think it's much lower in reality, not more than 15%.

Surely only a handful of states need air con. Bit like the UK, few hot humid days per year, that you can get through with fans.

You fucking die from heat stroke if don't have AC here. You hear about old folks not turning on their AC to save money during summer abd dropping fucking dead. This place is fucking awful.

exactly what I was thinking.
used to live in the US and I can completely see people saying, "We have AC? No. I don't think so. It's just cooler inside cuz you're out of the heat, like if you stand in the shadows to get away from the sun it's cooler, inside is away from the sun ciuz there's wall, so it's cooler, too. I think I'd know if we had AC."

What retard authored this chart? Owning AC doesn't equal to having access to AC lol, pretty much everyone but niggers in africa has access to AC, but not everyone wants it.
