I love listening to NPR; it's hilarious. I'll be sad when they're gone.

I listen to NPR in the NY/NJ area and it's really not that much of a liberal rag in terms of reporting on politics, real issues, world news, etc. But it's so far off the rails on social justice messaging it's actually comical. Your typical 12:30 lunch time slot is usually an interview with a woman of color who wrote a book about the first disabled queer African American woman to play the cello in the Cincinnati orchestra in 1974. This is every day, all day. Also, they shoehorn identity politics into totally unrelated areas. The other day they ran a story about GoFundMe scams and out of complete fucking nowhere they toss in "and remember black and brown causes generally receive much less funding". It had no bearing on the story at all.
