There was no insurrection because there was no attempt to overthrow the government. Nearly everyone at the protest is a gun owner and yet didn't bring their guns. Nor would they think occupying a PUBLIC building would somehow mean the US government has been overthrown. Anyone that pushes the "Jan 6 insurrection" narrative is either a liar or a retard.
