Not how it works. We are saved by God's grace through faith in Jesus, i.e. by believing the gospel. Salvation is not by works. You don't go to Hell because of who you vote for. All believers go to Heaven. Period.

first off how the first beast comes to power is detailed in Daniel 8 and Daniel 11. People have held historical interpretations of Daniel about it being primarily historical events, like Alexander the Great. Alexander the Great foreshadowed what will happen in the end times between Iran and Turkey, but it was not fulfillment.

Multiple times Gabriel says that the vision was about the end times. Not 300BC.
Details are also off for Alexander. Gabriel says the big horn on the goat is the FIRST King. Alexander was Alexander III (not even the first King of his name) the 23rd king of Macedonia.
Daniel 11 says there will be 4 Persian Kings before Greece (Turkey, which was part of ancient Greece) invades and destroys Persia (Iran)

Anyway. What Daniel 11 has happen is 4 Persian Kings, then Greece(Turkey) blitzkriegs them and grows into an empire. The King(Caliph) of Turkey is killed and the empire is broken into 4 parts. The northern part and southern part go to war against each other. The king of the north dies, and his successor also dies shortly after. Who replaces him is a "Vile person". That's the Antichrist/First Beast.

That hasn't happened yet (we're on Persian King 2/4).
So we're not in the 70th week. It's years away at least.

China has been competing with the West because they have the best works based merit system that worships work over God. If you research leviathan lore, (ancient hebrew and sumerian) you see that the beast from the sea can't be defeated by anything other than divine intervention.
