Have any of you here actually had God interact with you in some way?

For me it was the first time I actually, properly confessed to Him and then just bawled my eyes out for like 20 minutes over how disgusting and vile I was throughout my whole life up to that point, then went from Agnostic to Christian. I heard Him clearly talking to me in my head, calling me by my name, then saying He loved me, followed up by me trying to explain or clarify something to Him in hopes He would understand, to which He just said "I know" , after which He put me to rest and gave me this huge sense of peace and relief that I have never felt in my life before. Even trying to imagine or remember a time I was at such peace in my life, I could not equate it to anything.

That was the only time I ever heard His voice clearly. I heard it in later situations after that, but now it wasn't this audible anymore, and just felt more like a still, small voice or thought in the back of my head that I could identify as having authority, and not quite coming for me, but just "knowing" it was the "right" thought which spoke the truth within the sea of all other thoughts that were scattered around my mind.

Aside from these few times, I've mainly gotten replies to questions I sought for via dreams most of the time instead of direct words. He would just give me various dreams that I would remember in vivid detail upon waking up. Some of them mainly had to do with thing I seemed to struggle with on a deeper level, or trying to show it to me how I've started to change and improve over time since I came to Him. Others were meant to show me the way that He personally seems me, instead of how I see myself, and in a few others, He showed me who He truly is; not the stoic, distant God some would expect Him to be based on Church exposure, but He is actually a joyful, loving Father who delights in you and wants to make you laugh and rejoice in all that he has to give you, which is everything.

Fairly regularly, anon. For me, it's not so much a voice as it is a presence. A comfort. Hard to explain, but unmistakenly divine in nature.
And yes, it took complete honesty to achieve that. As in, completely drop the act and talking one to one as men should.

God has pretty much kept the evils of this world out of my life. Though I remain doggedly persistent in my sinful nature, He still watches and protects. I like to keep that in mind from time to time, and it always helps keep me from doing anything that could potentially destroy my life.

He has a plan for us all. It's just a matter of calming our restless minds and learning to listen.

But in summer 2021, the gal i was dating broke it off out of the blue total 180 degree turn in behavior (or 360 degrees for my pol frens) - some reason it really crushed my soul in ways that no other breakup i've had has. I remember praying to God to help me find a way out of the suffering I felt.
After about a month of grieving, I decided to do something silly and take a chance at putting my personal talents and hobbies to use. A friend of mine has a barber shop with an expansion that he wasn't using - so he agreed to 'lease' the room to me to turn into a studio for music production and podcasting; took me a little over a month to construct it.
I'm a nobody by the way; same with everybody in my social circle, for the most part.
Literally as soon as the studio was done, a series of outlandish events occurred (in my opinion, divine) that landed my first job-client to record a video episode (at this point, said client rarely ever did video) of a podcast for a certain world-class comedian that pol knows (and widely dislikes). Legit, my first client.
From there on it was easy and everything fell into place - basically every low-mid tier comedian in the area (i lived just outside of a major city with a big comedy scene) either became my client or at least recorded an episode at my studio, attributed to the bizarre events that had occurred. I also recorded shows for a few other well-know comedians over the course of the following year.
Long story short - I (and many others around me) felt that the whole thing was too coincidental and improbable to not be at least a little wink from God. It really revitalized my soul in many ways and gave me faith. Sometimes when things are bad you just have to take a step forward and God may open doors for you

Telepathic thing happened with a friend who is Native American. She fasted for a week then prayed for each of us. She spoke starting in English then went into native tongue. To her she stayed in English but everyone around her heard her go into native tongue. Then this telepathic overwhelming voice talked to me.

The dream stuff comes usually comes when I’m sick or under stress and need an answer to things. Under sickness I ask and then physically see an answer. When not sick and not drunk, I get the dreams. Alcohol for me seems to block god.

I was reading the 13th chapter of Bahavad Gita on a flight from Dublin to Amsterdam and was hit with a stupidly clear slideshow explanation of how the universe is laid out in the fundamental level. The gist was that it's all topology and knots in space time, and that the whole approach of assigning numbers to everything just makes a pretty elegant construct harder to grasp. Anyway overloaded my brain.
I thought to myself: Cool. I'll go to church if you give me a sign that this wasn't just a weird hallucination. A week after that a cute girl messages my fat ass up on OkCupid and tells me in no uncertain terms that she'll date me if I convert to Christianity. Then after we meet up she says she got a sign from God that I'm her man. Married after two weeks of dating. Together three years now.
I still think that he was just trolling me, but can't complain. Career went up too and getting sucked in some really weird directions in a good way (out of nowhere having to get into nuclear physics, sonar pings and molecular biology in what seem like disconnected events). That and the original thing have left me with a persistent feeling that He wants to get some technical stuff done in His name later, and I'm okay with that.

I had a very similar experience. I confessed my imperfect sinful nature and begged to be shown "the Truth", whatever that meant.
Next thing I know I was shown a sea of golden light and I felt immense peace. Lasted somewhere between 15-30 minutes or so. I was an atheist before that. I'm a Catholic now
