Divide and conquer social engineering has made it near impossible to get people on the same page of what enemy to destroy. It's not totally hopeless, but it's pretty bad. You need to spotlight globohomo propaganda and use it to encourage others to starve the system. Stop paying debts, stop paying taxes. Disassociate from society as a whole and form small like minded groups. Parallel society is the answer. No one does it though.
