90% of women basically don't do shit but chitchat about their one night stands or cats. That's literally all they do at their fucking job and they earn an equal or better salary than you. Companies can't talk shit about productivity while this is happening. Working hard and staying overtime (unpaid) is corpo BS propaganda until the ((woman question)) is addressed in employment.

In unionconstruction is brutal. It's like working with a child you have to babysit, all of the hard work just naturally flows to men, and women get assigned all of the easy and comfortable jobs. Largely because women are physically not capable of a lot of the work, or would do it slower/worse, the foreman wants to chose people that are most capable for the task because that's what gets it done better and faster. AND you have to walk on eggshells around them or you could very well lose your job. There are plenty of jobs that women just don't belong in and one of them is construction. Captcha: P0GRR
