We grew up learning about the holocaust and the suffering it caused on the jewish people. We grew up with movies that portrayed the jewish people as helpless, oppressed, innocent and naive. So people automatically assume that jews are the underdog and support them. For the longest time, there was nothing wrong with supporting the Israelis because there was no way the people we saw starving in the camps could be anything but good. Anyone attacking the jews was on the wrong side because that's just how it was on TV.
The zoomers and the millennials have grown up with social media and modern Israel who has destroyed this perspective for most people. Social Media is especially powerful cause it can show you what you want to see and not only what the elites want you to see. Which is why the tides are changing, which is why there's open outrage against Israel and its actions in the Middle East. I ask you this, where was the Nick Fuentes of the 90s? Where was the Candace owns or the Dave smith of the 80s? Why doesn't people saying "jews control the media" no longer generate that same kind of outrage it did before? And last and most important of all, how did a muslim get elected to lead the most jewish city in America? There things were nowhere to be found because TV didn't allow these personalities to relay their message. And you guys keep wondering why boomers are so retarded its because this is all they grew up with. This is all they know. They still watch cable and drink the same koolaid they drink 40 years ago when the world still made sense.
All I can say is be patient, this vote only got 6 votes. But imagine 10 years ago? Do you think anyone in congress would have even had the gall to suggest such a bill? That's a 600% increase in support against Israel since only the 2010s. Great things are about to come.
