You wouldn't kill the people that actually cause all the problems, you would only kill random normies. The guy that owns google has a private Island in Fiji, Zucc has a literal bomb shelter in Hawaii. The second your war started these people would bug out to their remote shelters. Then they would come back out like roaches and start all over. You would actually be helping them, they would get their great reset immediately.

Pakistan, India, and China would be nuked though and I hate them. In the event of a nuclear war the USA will nuke countries like Brazil and Mexico that aren’t even actively involved in the conflict as a contingency measure to make sure they don’t rise up in the power vacuum after the war. There will be mass starvation in the third world / global south after nuclear war.
